RDJ Holdings

A spare-parts marketplace for RDJ Holdings (PVT) LTD, focused on helping customers find the right components by vehicle brand and model. Built with PHP and MySQL, the storefront combines structured catalog data, responsive Bootstrap layouts and AJAX-driven interactions for search and a smoother browsing experience - no shopping cart, deals move through admin contact and direct channels so the business can keep overhead lean. Copy-to-clipboard product links and a direct WhatsApp line to the marketing team keep distribution and sales conversations fast.

Project Overview

The goal was to build a dependable browsing experience for genuine vehicle spare parts, allowing customers to narrow the catalog by make and model and confirm fitment from structured data. There is no shopping cart-sales and follow-up are handled through an admin-centric contact model, utilizing direct outreach, inquiries, and a dedicated WhatsApp line. This approach minimizes checkout and payment-gateway overhead, enabling small enterprises to maintain low running costs while they scale. Sharing is frictionless with one-click product link copying. On the operations side, a comprehensive admin dashboard manages inventory and listings, allowing staff to keep stock accurate and run targeted newsletter campaigns using PHPMailer over SMTP.

Fitment-first catalog

Brand and model filters reduce wrong-part inquiries and support high-stakes repair workflows.

Contact-led sales

No cart on the storefront-leads go through admin and direct contact so smaller teams avoid payment fees and complexity while they scale.

Responsive + AJAX

Bootstrap layouts across breakpoints, with AJAX for search and snappy UI updates.

Key Implementations

Dynamic brand and model filtering

Hierarchical filters drive the product grid so users stay in a consistent “vehicle context” while browsing.

Product search

Fast lookup across the catalog with results tuned for spare-part naming and SKU-style identifiers.

Shareable product links

Each product can be shared with a direct URL. One click copies the link to the clipboard so sales and customers can paste it into chats, quotes or social posts without hunting through the site.

WhatsApp to the marketing team

A prominent contact path opens WhatsApp straight to the marketing team’s number, so inquiries move off the form and into a channel the business already uses for fast follow-up.

Admin contact model (no online cart)

Purchases are not completed through a cart or automated checkout. Instead, the flow is built around contact and qualification-staff use the admin-side tooling and direct channels to confirm availability, price and delivery. That pattern is especially useful for small enterprises that want a professional catalog without funding gateways and chargeback handling before demand warrants it.

Admin dashboard & inventory

A full back office for products, categories and stock levels so the live catalog matches the warehouse. The admin experience is built out for daily operations, not a thin CRUD screen.

Newsletter & SMTP email

Newsletter tooling from the admin lets you reach subscribers with campaign-style sends. Outbound mail uses PHPMailer with SMTP for reliable delivery and proper authentication.
